Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico within 3–5 business days
- Canada within 6–10 business days

- U.S. (Contiguous): $6.95 flat rate or free on orders $75+
- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: $15 flat rate
- Canada: $18 flat rate

Yes, we currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and now offer international shipping to Canada.
At this time, we are unable to ship to other international locations, U.S. territories outside of Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We look forward to expanding our shipping options as we continue to grow.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t locate your tracking information, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Once orders are placed, they begin processing quickly so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Returns
To request a return, please email returns@cherygibson.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll review your request and provide the next steps.
We want you to truly love your purchase. If it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help with the following return options:
Product Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’ve tried your product and it isn’t the right fit, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, even if it has been lightly used.
Unopened Returns
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in good condition
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Because we are a small business, we reserve the right to limit returns if excessive or unusual return patterns are detected.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
