Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or new product launches.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout. Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after shipment, though delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Shipping Options
We offer $6.95 flat-rate standard shipping, free U.S. shipping on orders over $75, and expedited shipping starting at $15.95 for faster delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We currently ship to the contiguous United States and are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We hope to expand our shipping options in the future as we continue to grow.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t locate your tracking information, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
